In today’s society, being socially adaptive has become a skill. It requires you to have confidence in yourself and respect for others to project your views in an amicable way and be part of a community.

With our confidence classes, we are able to give your children the necessary tools to become confident in themselves and their ability to communicate with others effectively and have the ability to be financially literate and maintain sound manners and etiquette. We offer a variety of lectures for children and teenagers.

The topics are as follows:

1. Confidence:

Building confidence in children and helping to aspire to be great leaders once day who have a sense of trust in their own abilities, personalities and have a keen sense of judgement when dealing with matters.

2. Grooming:

How to take care of yourself and your body by exercising neatness in your personal space, your appearance, personal hygiene and the correct manners on how to address people.

3. Conflict resolution:

How to handle conflict in social spaces, families, siblings, classmates and friends. Having the necessary skills to negotiate in a dispute/conflict gives our children an added advantage to deal with situations from a leadership perspective from young.

4. How to handle when two parents’ divorce and to maintain confidence:

When parent’s divorce it can have a serious impact on our children’s behavior and selfesteem. We are here to guide, assist and counsel both parents and children on how to deal with divorce and separation.

5. Confidence in reading:

Reading is an exercise of the brain. It enhances knowledge, increases imagination and creativity. It helps improve concentration and memory retention. With the help of vocabulary expansion, reading strengthens children’s writing abilities and confidence in the verbal use of the language.

6. Manners:

This segment will be covered by teaching the children how to speak to their parents, teachers, peers, adults and people in general in both public and private settings.

7. Etiquette:

In this class we will be dealing with the customary code of polite behavior in society or among members of a particular profession or group. We also focus on eating etiquette, bathroom etiquette, classroom and social etiquette.

8. Teaching the value of money:

Teaching our children the value of money at a tender age is one of the best values we can teach our children. Understanding the value of money, how to utilise it, save it, grow it and not be wasteful is a necessary trait that can benefit our children well into their adult life. The bottom line is to educate them on how to invest it and become an entrepreneur.

9. Relationship with gadgets:

We live in a world where gadgets have become an essential part of our lives and they seem not to be going anywhere. Many children and teenagers seem to have a dependency syndrome on these gadgets. We are here to teach them boundaries and how to use their gadgets in a healthy and un-intrusive way.

10. Dealing with stress and mental health:

Teaching children how to handle the day to day pressures of life by getting them to open up about what bothers them. Learning how to deal with anxiety, depression and mental health

These classes are open to children from the ages of 4 to 18 years of age. And to schools and families alike.
