Overview:

The program is a detailed training curriculum focused on enriching and equipping teachers on how to understand not only themselves but their students and how to effectively teach them based on their learning styles and also focusing on the mental health of the teachers.

The training is performed over a 3 month duration which includes assignments fortnightly, counselling and training.

The benefits of the program include creating ease for the teacher’s lives and the new ways of understanding, learning and how to handle the different pressures that come with teaching in the classroom.
